Before joining Pacifica Local, Muhammad operated his own appliance repair business. Recognising the opportunity to accelerate growth and benefit from the support, systems, and brand strength of an established national network, he made the decision to transition his business into the Pacifica Local franchise.

Since joining, Muhammad has focused on expanding his customer base and growing the business further. As part of this growth, he has recently recruited an additional engineer to support increasing demand and enhance service capacity within the Staines territory.

This month, we are delighted to highlight the success of Mark Linsey from Pacifica Local Oxford.

Since joining the Pacifica Local network in 2023, Mark has worked tirelessly to establish and grow his appliance repair business across Oxford and the surrounding areas. Through dedication, excellent customer service, and a commitment to developing his business, Mark has successfully built a consistent five-figure annual business and continues to go from strength to strength.

One of the most exciting recent developments has been Mark's decision to bring a trainee engineer into the business, allowing him to increase capacity, support more customers, and lay the foundations for future expansion.

Mark's success demonstrates the opportunities available to franchisees who fully engage with the support systems available through Pacifica Local. Alongside building his own local customer base, Mark has benefited from the ongoing flow of Pacifica Partner work, helping to provide a strong foundation of jobs while he continues to develop his business. In addition, access to the Pacifica Training Academy has enabled Mark to recruit and develop new engineering talent, giving him the confidence to grow his operation and invest in the future. The combination of training, operational support, business development guidance, and partner work has helped create a platform for sustainable growth.

Mark's journey is a fantastic example of how franchisees can progress from operating as a sole engineer to building a larger local business with additional staff and increased earning potential.

We are currently working on a new appliance warranty product that could create additional opportunities for both our customers and franchise network.

There is still development work and pilot testing to complete before launch, but early discussions have been very positive.
