By week four you will be repairing appliances yourself and, on your way
Earning revenue for your business. Guidance and support are provided with Senior Field Engineers and a Regional Manager who will help you with any technical requirements.

Our training academy
We provide City & Guilds assured training for all franchise partners at our custom-built training academy centre.
The initial laundry appliance four-week course includes all theory and practical aspects followed by a week on the road shadowing one of our engineers to help you gain experience and confidence.

Appliance training
This begins with a two-week course which covers everything from electrical safety to basic fundamentals of fixing washing machines and tumble dryers.
Over the next three months, you will return to the training academy to gain further appliance knowledge, with 3 courses:
Electric cookers and microwaves
Dishwashers
Fridges, freezers and combined fridge-freezers
