Having recently relocated to the UK, Dean was looking for a new challenge, and our franchise opportunity was his solution. After 25 years of running a range of import and networking businesses, he was drawn to our practical, purpose-driven model and the opportunity to make an impact in his new community – even though he had no prior engineer experience.

“I wanted to build something meaningful here in the UK,” said Dean. “Pacifica Local offered the ideal balance of independence and support – a business I could make my own, backed by a trusted national name.”

You’re guided through a City & Guilds-accredited training programme at Pacifica’s Training Academy and then get to work shadowing a qualified engineer in your territory.

“There’s always someone to call – whether it’s a senior engineer or someone at the head office team – and that kind of support makes all the difference when you’re learning and growing something new. Pacifica Local has made starting a business in a new country not just possible, but genuinely really rewarding.”
