Leading the charge is Paul Conway, an experienced home appliance specialist from Mid Ulster. A well-known figure in his community, Paul brings more than a decade of customer service and technical expertise to the role.
For Paul, joining Pacifica Local was all about matching his passion for helping people with a business that makes a real difference to the community he loves. “I’ve lived here most of my life, so I know the people – and what good service really means to them,” said Paul. “For me, it’s about being there when someone needs a hand, doing the job properly, and leaving them with a smile.”
After more than ten years in home appliance retail and customer care, Paul saw a gap in the market for local households to get trusted help when things went wrong. “I’m also planning to bring in an apprentice before Christmas and, longer-term, I’d like to build a small team so I can really focus on the business side of things.”
